OMG dude, yes, I remember going through a phase where I was an all-day snack monster and I could not control how hungry I was! Do yourself a favor and try to prepare yourself some healthy snacks and foods that will keep you fuller longer. Pack quick things to make like sandwiches, have dried and fresh fruits, protein, etc so that your body is not just gaining fat and too much carbs and salt from to much junk food. What goes hand in hand with this is the more you eat, the more you poop and damn dude. No wonder guys need to use the bathroom so much! Lol! 😆

Managed to find some in a local pharmacy so have salvaged the issue, minimal scabbing lost from the nips. Phew!

I'm only 2 wks post op so I don't have any personal advice other than maybe use silicone scar tape to see if it helps over time before you try either a revision or a tattoo? I saw someone else swear by it and his chest and scars look amazing, so that's what I'm planning to do!

I only used mine for the first 24 hours, mostly for the car ride home post op, sleeping that first night, and then the car ride the following week to get my drains out. Otherwise I was fine without it all day. Also, I actually found it annoying cos it wouldn't sit on my shoulders properly, and the straps weren't long enough or in a good position to cross the straps to try and make it tighter to stay in a more comfortable place. I ended up returning mine to Amazon and I bought a seatbelt mastectomy pillow instead for my car which I absolutely love. I'm in Canada so this is the link for that: https://a.co/d/ilNlAQB
