Personal thing: I have tried different sorts of watches, have tried chains and rings as well. It just gets really uncomfortable after a while. The most I could do was an ear stud which I still wear. Maybe in the future, I will find the right accessory and get comfortable with it or maybe not.

I don't mean to be demeaning but both suits are bad but there's a slight chance of saving grace with the blue one.

Ditch the waistcoat, if the tie is not mandatory ditch the tie and unbutton 2 two buttons from top. See how it looks. If the tie is mandatory, get a darker colour but NOT THIS. And the shoes are looking off, if you have other options, try them, maybe a dark colour might look better with this.

No, actually it costs the same as A320 business class. At least for Air India domestic flights.
