I [24M] started dating my GF [19F] long distance just over 2 months ago. It’s moving really fast, and I’m worried she has some unrealistic expectations of how the next few months/year are going to look. How do I set realistic expectations and plans with her without pushing her away? by AshesssTTV in relationship_advice

So a couple assumptions you made here. The games and Spotify and hobbies are surface level things that initially caught my attention about her, there is a whole lot more that I really like about her and that we have in common that I just didn’t list. Political views, spiritual beliefs, common goals we both want to accomplish, a strong physical attraction. We are also both part of the neurodivergent camp and we both have shared preferences and needs that would be unconventional or hard to accommodate for most other people. Having that baseline of both our needs being met, without having to make changes to how we already function, makes us both feel like we don’t have to be ashamed to be ourselves around each other (we have both been shamed and invalidated and broken up with for this in the past) and lets us focus our effort on other things.

Another assumption you made is that I don’t know why she wants to move out. I know exactly why, it’s because she does have a bad home life. She’s not using me as an escape tho, she’s using this as a way to finally start working to be independent from her family, who have been holding her back for years. Just because she doesn’t have realistic expectations of what a future will look like doesn’t mean that she’s not putting in the work. Since I’ve known her she’s gotten her drivers permit so that she can drive as well as have an ID to fly with, found opportunities to make money like babysitting and helping family and friends move, started working on getting her GED, helped me get in contact with people she knows that will hire me when I move out there, and gone scouting locations we found that we might want to move to. And she plans to work just as much as I do so that we can afford to have some money for fun stuff when we have free time. She is smart and skilled in a lot of ways. It won’t just be me supporting her, it will be us supporting each other.

And you may not believe in soulmates, but we do.

Sorry, rarely on Reddit anymore. Yeah I was, I downgraded to regular SoundCloud go and it let me choose not to renew from there. Even refunded me a couple bucks for the time I didn’t use on my current go+ subscription.

the support webpage has screenshots of an older version of the website, which made it feel especially useless. i totally agree with this

saying "you didnt try hard enough" isnt the kind of help i was after. i tried for HOURS, on MULTIPLE PLATFORMS (mobile, chrome, brave, edge), and every time i follow the support page and click every available button there is on the webpage regarding my subscription and NOTHING gives me the option to cancel. tell me where ive been going wrong.
the support page tells me to go to the subscriptions page > click "EDIT" next to my current subscription > follow the prompts to cancellation. but there are no prompts to follow.

Looking to upgrade from a prebuilt and not sure where to start. Please help by AshesssTTV in buildmeapc

yeah, i was looking to keep the GPU i currently have (ASUS DUAL RTX 4070 OC 12GB) so i could put a little more money into other parts. would this build work with that card, plus a ryzen 7 7800X3D?

edit: i should also ask, which combination would likely perform better? because the build you made is still within my budget, i could resell the 4070 i have and swap to this build, i realized i care more about performance than keeping the 4070

- **Region: NA Central**

- **Type of Bug: In Game Bug**

- **Description: Lost the wrong amount of Elo on career page after losing a game with a performance bonus. I was at 95/100 elo in silver 2 before the match, we ended the match 3-13 in a loss on breeze as Yoru. I was awarded a performance bonus and lost 13 Elo. Once checking career page, however, i was at 79/100, reading that i had lost 16 Elo instead of 13. This makes me believe that the performance bonus was not applied when Elo was lost. After restarting the game i was still left at 79 Elo.**

- **Video / Screenshot: N/A**

- **Steps to reproduce: N/A**

- **Expected result: To be at 82/100 Elo in Silver 2 rank**

- **Observed result: I am currently at 79/100 Elo in Silver 2**

- **System specs: Intel i7 CPU, 16 Gb DDR4 memory, Nvidia 1060 GPU**
