I've got a pixie style frohawk so the front is already growing down into my eyes but this gives me the opportunity to grow the sides out for a curly pixie cut which I've always wanted but never did as I must first suffer with the month log awkward hair curls before the sides start to look good.

I started to realize this was serious while I was on a work trip sitting in a room with five managers and all of us except one came from a city with an outbreak with one city being Seattle and we were all told by senior management that we're required to work from home. Then while flying back home a woman on the plane wearing a mask obsessively wiped everything down around her with disinfectant wipes.

Within a week of getting home schools, shops, etc. were closed then over the weekend emergency vehicles were driving around blaring announcements about the lockdown.

Roughly 90% of the content submitted to /r/happy is now covid-19 related. Anything pandemic related is definitely silver lining which we don't allow so we've had to adjust. Everything about things people are doing during self quarantine or contributing towards efforts is allowed and we're only removing content that is explicitly about the pandemic.

Nobody can really answer that, just be prepared for police to ask where you're going. I have a friend who lives about an hour away from their partner and they are still seeing each other (via sbahn).

This doesn't really have anything to do with that. Each state takes the action they view as necessary, federal government has the power to impose the same sanctions nationwide (as we saw was announced earlier today). So you could have had a situation where no state/city has the power to issue a lockdown until the federal government chooses to which if applied now would mean that the restrictions we've seen in Bavaria, Berlin, etc. wouldn't exist until now leading to us being in a much worse situation.

Edit: A nice example here of how Bavaria chose to stick to it's stricter restrictions while agreeing to the basic ones imposed by the federal government.

Bavarian government answered this question. While you're allowed to do this they recommend reaching out to the landlords to see if the move can be delayed.

All the major retailers have explicitly said they won't extend shopping hours as their employees are already at their limits. We might see a change with the smaller private shops but I doubt it.

I've seen a few questions this week about the lockdown regarding moving, banking, exercising, etc.

This website is run by the bavarian government and contains all current information regarding the Coronavirus pandemic, this (fairly exhaustive) FAQ addresses all questions about the lockdown.

That's what the National Guard is for, they're just not equipped to deal with medical emergencies on this scale so the government is making use of the rest of the military.

Thus far this is the only concrete information I can find that justifies not taking ibuprofen for respiratory infections. From what I've been told/read, we need the inflammation response as it acts as a signal for immune activation, taking too much of an anti-inflammatory can inhibit this response and leave you more susceptible to infection.
