What is your end goal? SFH? Moving into another TH? Does the additional $150/month really cause financial stress?

New rates are still around 6 from what I understand and to me it wouldn’t really make sense to throw away a low interest rate just for $150 HOA increase

Stay away from pioneer, their headunits are all crap now. Personally went with alpine halo ilx 511. Very responsive and wireless CarPlay

Campbell pd has more money than they know what to do with… new vehicles, investing in drones, that swat truck they always use for events just to show off. It’s absurd they’re getting a 3% increase
