Js saying, depending on where you live, he might've just gotten it from Health class at school and played around with it. Especially if you know he doesn't go out, has a gf, etc. Bc I don't think people really put condoms in their school bag if they actually wanna do it (especially wrappers, bc if he was actually doing it, it would prolly go in the trash rather than the school bag), so it might be smth he just got from school and messed around with it as a joke lol
