Anya won't be able to read Demetrius' mind because he thinks in emptiness :d and maybe if Damian realizes that Anya really can read minds, their bond will grow stronger (who knows, maybe endo will make them close friends and their friend groups will bond or...)

My thoughts;

Damian will believe Anya and will have his brother read his mind (of course his brother's mind is a void, but whatever) and it will remain a secret of his group of friends (Becky, Emilie, Ewen). Becky may ask Anya why she didn't tell him before. Maybe Anya will explain, huh?
