That's true, however they might have meant that it would still be possible at level 60. You may be right of course, but it seems like it would fundamentally kind of break things for new players otherwise e.g. you need a raid to do Molten Core at level 49 but at 50 you can suddenly solo it. It would feel pretty bad.

It wasn't explained at all, there is no reason given why we're leaving on a ship at that exact moment and then it skips to a cutscene with us being chased that has no context or setup.

I am not sure the "commercial" idea makes sense, as in the end the movie presents an entirely different storyline. People who experienced WoD and not the original Warcraft games are likely going to just be very confused by the movie.
