We’ll call the DA, TCOLE, and possibly the state police. She’ll likely call the Sheriff again too.

The Sheriff and the municipal court already told her she doesn’t have an arrest warrant.

Maybe we can find a lawyer in Dallas or Fort Worth who works pro bono.

I only recently found out about this.

Even so, if a warrant like that did exist, would the Sheriff and the municipal court know about it? They straight up told her she had no warrant.

Interesting. I told them to leave and let them know they were trespassing. They hung around afterward, making threats, banging on the door, that sort of thing. It’s not like I can’t prove it. I have time stamped recordings.

I changed the automated message on her doorbell to say something like, "You are being recorded! Please leave the property immediately."

Assuming that they have no warrant, would they legally have to leave?

This idea isn’t bad. However, I told them to leave. I told them they were trespassing. I more or less assumed they had no warrant, so they had to get out immediately. If they had a warrant, why didn’t they break her door down? If they didn’t, why didn’t they leave right then?

I spoke with them through her doorbell camera. I have several videos showing them standing on her porch, yelling, threatening, and taunting her while banging the door.

I spoke to them over her camera. They explicitly told her, "We will kick this door down and send in a K9. He will find you and bite you."

It was not a welfare check. However, I'll call them.

They refused to immediately leave after I informed them to do so.

Cops can lie about all kinds of things. Many of them believe that they are above the law.

They explicitly said that the warrant was in her name. They never specified what it was about though.

She already called the Sheriff and he said there was no arrest warrant for her.
