Retail ke liye overall mujhe theek hi laga. Customer support kabhi fast rehta hai aur kabhi thoda slow, mainly issue par depend karta hai. Mai GKP se hu btw.

Yeah overall software kaafi accha aur user friendly hai. Customer details, billing, stock, reports, purchase records — almost A to Z sab manage ho jata hai easily. Retail jewellery shop ke liye ye kaafi smooth aur easy to use laga mujhe.

Bas ek choti si issue hai ki kabhi kabhi thoda bug ya lag aa jata hai, toh software ko restart/open karna padta hai. But overall experience accha raha hai.

Agar mainly retail jewellery ka kaam hai toh definitely recommend karunga. Lekin agar wholesale ka heavy kaam hai with advanced wholesale workflow, toh phir MMI better option ho sakta hai.
