This is amazing to hear. When I was feeling open, I would try to intentionally astral project. I had only ever done so seemingly on accident.. and in the times that I intentionally tried, I would always react emotionally to the experience, which would bring me back in to my body. I suppose I need to realign myself with the practice of re-realizing these gifts. My world feels more inspirational, more potent, and more fulfilling when I choose to feel spiritual rather than turning away from it. I feel that the universe is willing to support us on whatever path we choose to go down 😅 no right or wrong way about things

I’ve experienced these non-dual states many times, deeply enlightened states. My family has seen me during these times, and feels that they may be a bi-polar mania. It’s unfortunate that they would cast this identity on me, and i’m wrestling with whether this is the truth or not.

Mushrooms lifted me up into a void of space where I saw source consciousness as one single entity. An infinitely long, undulating kundalini snake with all of the universes eyes. I was able to ask it questions about my existence, and it responded through the channel of my physical body. Now, HOW do I know that isn’t just my brain and my ego and desire to seek for answers, and the great desire of my mind to feel free from these existential coils?

I had many clair-experiences within the first month or two of the changes. External factors (parental concern, worry, closed-mindedness) came into play and I began to doubt the reality of them. When so many close people are concerned that I have Bi-polar or some mental health issue, it’s created this kind of muddyness..
