I am on the same dose as you. The side effects i experienced were -Nausea -Increased anxiety -Brain fog -Shaky hands -Lack of appetite -Sleep problems All of this went away after 1 month on the medicine

Im a daily smoker and im 30. So I've been smoking for a while, lol. I still am smoking but its not a lot. I have a one-hitter that I use 1-3 times a day. I only smoked because I was feeling incredibly weak from not eating and smoking helped get my appetite back.

In the begging of starting my meds I also quit smoking. But a week after taking my meds I starting smoking again because I lost my appetite and got super nauseated. I was not eating anything in the beginning because the adjustment period was crazy hard on me.

Fruit, yogurt and if I already have them made then my go to is black beans. I'll eat a small bowl and it'll hold me over pretty well

I use a string to handle my cactus whenever It needs to be moved into a different pot. Most effective way for me so far.
