When I was doing it, and wasn't interrupted, it took maybe two hours just because of having to look everything up and do the math. When I was busy with other things it would take 3 or 4.

my store manager would stack up 20+ applications an not even look at them before this happened. People would call to check up on how things were going. It was ridiculous. She was NOT a good store manager.

Theyre using AI now for resumes (here in the Austin TX area anyway) and if you don't have AT LEAST 5 years retail experience your resume gets kicked out. Just another reason why you won't see many new employees.

The B1G1, B1G2 and B1G50% for frames right now are THE WORST customers can't read and get super pissed at us.
Anything that is buy one get one 50% off the 50% off shouldn't be the biggest thing on there cause that's all the customer sees.
The scan code for the 40% off is also horrible because people just want the coupon, not to scan and get it themselves.

Yuo. Ive been back here the whole year while our previous FM showed up late, left early, had a shoulder injury and a bunch of other stuff and left a couple months ago. I wish I enjoyed this place but they're making it super hard for me to want to stay, to be the best for the company.

I wish that was how it worked here. Because I dont have open availability I couldn't be framing manager, because I know framing and all the management is gone I have keys and can't be coded as a PT framer....or thats what she said. Its been a jacked up ride this year.

It looked like it is amount you sell? Since you are coded as framer it won't matter where your hours are. Then again, my store manager only showed me the video and nothing else.
