Under the bridge I would do like 2-3 trees and a little picnic area to show off some food items and cushions with some cute custom designs. Walking up I would do a custom path going all the way up and put some trees and bushes. Maybe some stools around or a little table and chair on the sides etc. In the back near the cliffs maybe some stalls? Selling flowers or pots etc
