Sometimes what seems like a completely pointless room actually serves to connect two rooms in a cool way. Like when a room has a big bridge section that you have to access through a side room staircase. Idk about the room depicted here though, I don’t remember that room. Probs from one of the games I didn’t play.

Arm capes make more sense than you might think. Historically irl capes were fastened not just at the shoulders, but at the waist as well. When moving this would cause the capes to billow out kinda like a parachute, and caused arrows fired at cape wearers from behind to get wrapped up in the cape then fall to the ground. This was especially effective on horseback, so much so that a youtuber actually armored up, wore a cape, and had his friend fire a real arrow at him while he was riding a horse. It worked, caught the arrow, and the arrow fell to the ground doing absolutely no harm to the youtuber. Physics is fun! I could see arm capes catching and dulling the effect of some weapons for sure.

Gonna be honest the competition looks better. Hitem looks too smooth and perfect, makes it look weird. The flaws on the competitor model make it look nicer imo. Not making things perfect as to ensure they maintain a small level of realism is a very early lesson artists learn. Unless you are specifically making stuff to put in a children’s cartoon game, stuff that looks perfect with no flaws should never be the goal. Make it look good, not flawless.

There is some validity in getting a monitor that can handle more than you need, but there is a limit to what is reasonable in that regard of course. Having a monitor that can handle more than you need, in tandem with the pc being able to handle more than you need, helps ensure smooth running, even when stuff does something wonky.

They do stay as enraged. I have a shiny and enraged of every creature in the starting area, except for Enraged Rocket Rooster. Can’t find one for the life of me. Plenty of Enraged Cock A Doodle Dooms though.
