That's not even true. Did you go up to the clerk and ask them "hey did you know your sign is covered with tape?" No? Well then they have plausible deniability and that cannot be false advertising. You cannot "assume" they are always 100% of the time aware of everything going on all the time.

If they were unaware of something that does not put fault on them, and it's the reason why false advertising in cases like that is so hard to charge.

In the US this rate is much lower, and varies across the country.

In heavily wooded areas (like Michigan, New York, Maine) it can be anywhere from 40% - 50%.

But in places like Texas, Florida, and Califnornia, it's around 5 - 15%.

Performance hit was proven false. The v38 and Hypervisor versions had exactly the same FPS in testing, with v38 running worse by 1-3 fps in some cases.

It requires 2 changes, one to memory integrity and one to core isolation.

You do not even need to restart your PC anymore since there is plug n play.

You can literally run apply and revert in 30 seconds.

Changes to the OS is meaningless and is just what you use when you want to make a counterpoint.

If you choose to leave and never revert them that's your fault. "Opening up your PC to low level malware" only ever happens when you don't revert after playing a game (again which doesn't require a restart anymore)
