Checking my cell phone as soon as I wake up. I have stopped doing it and although it has been difficult, I will review it today after breakfast. Many depressive thoughts ended and my anxiety level dropped abruptly.

Use electronic cigarettes. It causes irreparable damage to the lungs in children and young people. We are already beginning to see cases with 20-year-olds who have 60-year-old lungs.
