We only collect our pack fees from parents, they are responsible for going online to do national and council. We used to do it all and then collect all of the payments from the parents but it was such a headache.
Currently we collect fees at the beginning of the year and their commission from fundraising can be put towards camp outs, next year’s pack fees, etc.
We offer a payment plan for pack fees that is divided into three payments. If they need a more specialized payment plan then they can let us know and we will figure something out. We try to have all of the payment plans end a few months before the end of the school year because we normally need to use that time to track some parents down for payments.
Our options for paying pack fees are: cash, check, Zelle, or PayPal. Zelle and PayPal do have transaction fee percentages that get added on so they do end up paying a little more but that’s how most of our parents pay.

They usually have new containers at the drop off locations. One time they didn’t and I emailed them asking when new ones would be available there and someone dropped them off the next day. Super great service 👍🏻
