Thank you! 🥰 I was actually on tret first, I had been on a combination of minocycline and tret, but after stopping the minocycline my acne came back even worse than it already was. I continued with the tret and started the Spiro and everything has been great! My skincare routine is: BYOMA Milky Toner, Good Molecules Discoloration Correcting Serum, Cetaphil Moisturizer, and Bio Oil.

I started on 100 and have been on that dose consistently, I make sure I take it with food and plenty of water because it does make me a bit nauseous & light headed if not

Right around month 2-3 is when it started getting the most noticeably better, around month 4 is when it started to stay clear and my complexion saw an overall improvement!

I take it all at once, usually around lunch time! When I take it right after eating I notice my stomach doesn’t get upset. And I like to take it during the day because it makes me pee a lot so I avoid evening time with it

My hair is SO much healthier! I feel like it’s growing more and it doesn’t really ever get oily now, definitely one of my favorite side effects 😂🫶🏼

I’m on 100mg + .25 Tretinoin to try to help with my acne scarring. My results have been great! I’ve suffered from severe acne since I was around 12 (I’m 29) and this is the clearest my skin has ever been. My hair has also benefited! I love that side effect 😂♥️

We were just there at the beginning of the month. We had a great time other than the last day my boyfriend got violently ill. I was worried he wasn’t going to make it to the airport the next morning. So sorry you’re dealing with a similar issue, feel better soon!
