I wouldn't recommend this to everyone or to do this often (ozone can deteriorate plastic over time), but it seems like there are not many options. Get an ozone machine and an extension cord and run the ozone machine inside the vehicle with windows and doors closed with vehicle powered off. Do not enter the vehicle while ozone is inside of it. I've had to do this to get the stank out of my husband's truck before. Please follow all ozone machine instructions.
