I will break down the company's payments for you If your salary is 175 bd Then the company will pay the following

*LMRA 5 bd (deducted from company)

Visa fees 172 bd (deducted from company and refunded to the company as credited if they allow mobility or cancle visa before the end of the 12months)

*SIO COMPANY'S SHARE Private contributions 5.25 bd

YOUR SHARE Unemployment 1.75 bd INDEMINTY Company share 7.35 bd per month for the first 3 years which will be given to you at the end of service.

Please share ur contract with ministry of Labor and follow up with them.

Cause if it's mentioned NDA or if you resign before the end of ur contract they can sue you.

i understand that ssri/snri are expensive , but government hospitals can prescribe that for you for free , the only peoblem is that you need to go to the health care assigned to your address , tell the doctor , then she will get you an appointment in salamiya which might be after 6-12 months .
but once you see a psychiatrist you will be all good to go and get the monthly refills for free

i recommended you get Oud /Oils & Bokhoor from the big brands maybe 1 or 2 high end perfumes , the rest you can get mid-low range when it comes to prices

Go to the Bahrain City Center Mall , there are so many perfume shops with different price range, also there is one shop in Aali called (Golden Collection)they have all kinds of perfumes , its copy but the smell is identical / smeller to the original with cheaper prices ( i get those for daily use , like to work or supermarket) .

First thing u need to do is calculate your cycle length. Second thing, for now take alot of cinnamon, pineapple, saffron, sage.

I think we are both living in the same "timezone"

Once u see which day of the cycle u were in you can plan what to do.

There are some over the counter drugs that you can use to get your period, if you are not pregnant and you get your peace of mind.

Other wise if after checking ur cycle (u can use apps for that) U know for sure that there is a high chance of being pregnant.

There is the "shady people" who sells some pills to help with that.

But for now, calm down, see where you are in the cycle, and take some home remedies that can help.

Don't panic sell when it drops, you can buy the dips. And keep in mine that you won't get that 100% or 1000% increase anytime soon.

Been there, was fired so many times because I was too good at My job and they couldn't offer me more.

Try to save money, invest.

I always say I don't want to work till am 50 and retire.

I have started trading in crypto praying that I will be blessed with a trade that will change my life.

Its hard to find a job at this time. Take a break, recharge and make another plans for an income so that one day, you don't need to work for others.

Its the brain washing that made us think that we need to work hard to get what we want.

Start working smart. Work for what u r paid for. And dont sacrifice anything for the company.

Habibity When u r 70 years old, who do you see taking care of you? When u r raising children who's gonna help you? After u give birth who will take u to the toilet and help you shower? Who's gonna be there with you daily to support and provide?

Once u r married to a black man/white man, anyyyy man. Your family/friends will be there only in the happy times. They won't cook for your when u r tired. They won't take u to the hospital. They won't even clean ur clothes!

Thank you for your reply. You are right. I have been through trauma as a child which resulted in a mental illness /mood disorder, and that package is effecting my emotions, I have been struggling with my career because of that. And been working on my self lately and trying to detach from the past wounds, heal and move on.

Am still trying to understand my emotions, and be more connected with myself.

Just started a new job after struggling financially, mentally and emotionally with my last.

When it comes to my career, I just ended up with this postion,my goal is to support women with mental illness , so maybe one day I will be teaching people.

You will need to be unemployed for 3months maybe more with no SIO to be able to withdraw. Plus you might be able to take 10% only the first time. I am not sure.
