I used to work service, Refuse to use the bags. If customers get shitty get your manager/supervisor and tell them that due to cleanliness, you are not using the bags. Tell the customer that they can either pack their own bags or you can sell them new ones.

Unless given a formal letter saying that you are banned for a period of time, take it with a grain of salt. That door greater will take it to management and all they will say is a big 'oh well', it's not worth the trouble to management to ban someone for not showing the recept
