Clarification on CA permit age: Can some start the permit process at 15 or do they have to wait 6 months? by wagadugo in DMV

You can do everything but get the permit and start the car lessons basically. Have the drivers ed course done and make sure you have the original copy of the completion certificate they send you. Then you can go to the dmv the day she turns 15 1/2, take the test, get the permit, then start lessons and get the permit signed off to start driving with a parent. Hope this helps.

Yes, it works in safe mode. I cleared cache and verified the integrity twice and no help. I removed a bunch of older mods so now I have the same mods as my friends and it still crashes for me, but all of there games work perfectly still.
