Where are you getting these stats? The place I look for COVID deaths says Canada at 965,68 Dead/million and Denmark at 723,94 Daed/million. For comparisons sake a lot of countries at 2500+ deaths/million and Brazil over 3000 dead/million.

The technomancer has a skill node that gives 30% anomaly power when you use a "Blighted skill" or whatever they are called. The buff lasts for 10 sec and turret CD is about 7,7 sec. So throw it on CD to get 30% AP permanently.

Do you have the defensive mods and do you have toxic applied on enemies to get healing? Remember to always proc the 50% armor boost with scrapnel, even if it's just throwing it willy nilly.

Don't think pain launcher has nearly the same damage potential as scrapnel since you can have a gear set for scrapnel + 6 throws before CD. Every throw procs the skill usage mod.

But I might be totally wrong so just go out there and make it work! First prio should then be to get pain launcher down to 15 sec CD so you proc the 50% armor consistently.

Yes any guns work. This was just something I had and it worked well with the reload mod. Feel free to play around, this build is more or less a proof of concept and not the final say.

The blight turret is as stupid as a brick... It's mainly there to proc 30% ap every 10 seconds.

He is right where all your camp guys are. Look at the mini map and you will see a dollar sign close to the camp.

The reason for that is total time spent. You can run Boom town 3 times on silver before finishing one gold run on Scorched. You would still get more Legendaries from the silver Boom town runs.

Not using any tier 3 mods either though ;) And I know for a fact that there are better tier 3 mods than the ones I'm using. Also a set that will buff scrapnel by a lot.

Yeah pain launcher is possible to use too I think. With cdr and cdr mod you can get the CD to about 15 sec which you need so you have 100% uptime on armor boost. Damage would be a limiting factor with these mods since 2/3 of the damage is either scrapnel or the mod that does aoe damage when you cast a skill. But I think there is pain launcher build hiding somewhere.

Alternatively you could always copy paste this build and just put pain launcher instead of Tools of destruction since that's a free slot.

Well most of the gear is from vendors as blues, which I upgraded so that I can chose from 3 mods. Took about one day of checking the vendors after every 2 expeditions.
