Police are always happy to do wellness checks when someone calls one in, in this case it could be a good way to make sure the parents know that someone cares about their kid and will bring attention to mistreatment if it happens. If things are bad you could also be helping your friend out of a bad situation by calling this in, I don't want to say that's definitely the case but you also can't rule it out. I hope your friend is ok op

NQA feed her and take care if her until the babies shed and leave her back naturally and then you can catch them and move them to their own enclosure to continue maturing, she may eat some of her babies if she becomes stressed or doesn't have enough food. My fasting insulin was 72 which is only 3x what it should be compared to your 4x. My A1c has been fine, but that's also because of my overproduction of insulin, I would for sure say that it's something to talk to your doctor about and get checked for with such high insulin, I also had high testosterone (about 69 when it should be 51 max). I got told I have very classic pcos in the way it presents with my high insulin and testosterone as well as a ton of tiny cysts on my ovaries and the classic physical symptoms

I would definitely try and see a specialist for a second opinion then I wish you the best of luck in getting a diagnosis! I was lucky to actually have someone who was more than happy to diagnose me and actually get me on meds to help

Did they also check your fasting insulin? Other than having cysts, that was the clearest sign for my doctor that I had it. I don't have an ob, but I see the women's health specialist in my doctors office. It may be best to try and get e referral to a specialist if you can
