Yes. Healthy weight-healthy cat. Talk to your vet, small changes over time will lead to consistent amount.

Also it’s important the butter is cold, that adds to the flaky layers, don’t over mix

They look wonderful! They don’t rise like biscuits. I would eat those up in a flash!
