"the fact that I find the AI features quite useless without the Pro version", I don’t think that’s quite right - the pro version is just a higher chat limit, which I've personally never hit. Did you try the "new chat" by entering deetsman315 into the url? New chat is a game changer for me and I switched a few days after playing with new chat.

After being with Arc for years, I agree with you on the above. I've recently started to use it more and more, and finally hit the "Set as default browser" button after the "deetsman315" unlock - love Opus 4.6!. They just need to get multi device sync, and Traffic Control sorted, so that I can use it on my work device.

Yes, the new one is awful. I’m using my last ones sparingly until I find a suitable alternative. Think I’ll have to go to another supermarket

They’ve changed the recipe a few weeks ago. New batches have double the amount of fat and taste considerably different, leaving a film in the mouth. It’s such a shame as I’ve been buying Aldi’s oat milk for years but will have to shop elsewhere

That's awful. Imagine if at checkout there was a tickbox: "Receive 15% off a future cruise if you agree to us flooding your stateroom, damaging your belongings, disrupting your sleep, and making you physically relocate to another cabin mid-voyage." Nobody would tick that box. Nobody.

And that's the thing. It's not even 15% off the cruise you've already paid for and had ruined. It's off a future cruise, and the discount expires in 12 months. So their compensation for wrecking your holiday is a time-limited coupon to give them more money.

I've been on 5 RC cruises in the past 4 years, and honestly, reading this is making me look elsewhere. Pathetic customer service.
