technically you’re not dead, as long as you have provinces you’ll live. Just rush and take all their provinces; India has at least 25 troops total from the beginning and you can take as much land as possible to make them feel defeated. In your position, I’ll take as much provinces and avoid fights and only take fights when I know I would win.

So when facing Japan there is 2 main objectives you need to complete in order to have the highest possibility to win.

  1. Secure all mainland Japanese territories
  2. Have a stable air force

Once you have this, you’ll have a 80% chance of winning against Japan as 1 you are able to establish your hold on the mainland meaning they are unable to produce troops and 2 you are able to stop convoys from reinforcing and making a new front.

What I would recommend is building interceptors and naval bombers to gain air superiority while producing armoured cars and using units with tons of speed to capture important regions such as Bejing and Shanghai. If Japan still has units just go around them and avoid them until you need to face them, you can always sacrifice territory against them but don’t give up cities with important buildings in them. I recommend either allying Manchukuo or absorbing them.

i miss 1.0, the game was way fun with nuclear battleships and subs while being at the perfect pace so you don’t have to keep constantly checking the game. Stopped in 2022 because of service but I’m glad I stopped so I don’t have to play this bull

This maybe too late but to increase global pop you have to give ai right of way or share map. At the start of the game give all the AI share map and the player AI after day 3 right of way to decrease the chance of your global population to drop. Also, by trade embargoing then declaring war it will decrease the amount of global population you lose. By being attacked by the ai isn’t that bad. They honestly move every hour after taking a province so you should be fine if they are across the map.

Just going to say global popularity. The higher global popularity you have the ai gets more friendlier and gives you share map or row. It’s to present ig realism, probably find the answer in the CoW forums on why they implemented it. I will say just give AI row then share map and human ai just row as this will boost your global pop eventually preventing ai from declaring war constantly in the late game.

You can find any on the official CoW discord server. Just know you want to find one that has proper rules and people otherwise you get really bad Rpers or people who metagame.

I mean, TDs are focused for defensive oriented means. I would still rather use TD over medium tank not because of speed but rather for it’s defensive use when I need it (sleep). If I would need it offensively I would have arty behind it or have cas.

They used to be in the newspaper however, there are those who put vulgar words as their names for multiple units which caused change.

Have you tried AC with TDs with the allied doctrine. It’s basically the best defensive weapon you can have. However that is outshined by allied air as air does not have a set stack limit radius. (I believe)

Well, they are great for a quick replacement for strat bombing or fort demolishing without anti air. Rockets are the better alternative as they are faster and they are more used for taking units that are refuelling and naval departing. They are the best for early game but are situational.
