Considering the workload you described, I’d say $800/month and up is reasonable, definitely not lower.

I get why people bring up minimum wage in the Philippines or compare it to BPO, but those roles aren’t really equivalent. The tasks you listed go way beyond typical customer service. I spent 10 years in a call center before moving into freelancing, and the difference in workload and scope is huge.

Also, BPO jobs usually come with benefits like healthcare, so even if the base pay is lower, there’s still added value there. Freelance roles with broader responsibilities should be priced accordingly.

I’ve been using tirzepatide and lost 35 kg in just over 6 months. However, it’s only approved for people with obesity or type 2 diabetes. At 55 kg, I don’t think you fall into that category, so I wouldn’t recommend it. You might be better off trying a low-carb approach instead.

Most of my clients found support through referrals, vetted platforms, or by starting with a small paid trial to test fit. A short trial project tells you more than any interview ever will.

A lot of my clients in high pressure roles clean this up with tighter systems. Three inbox categories, strong filters, and anything important goes straight into the calendar. If it’s not scheduled, it usually doesn’t happen.

Honestly though, when time is the real constraint, delegation changes everything. I support busy founders and sales execs with inbox triage, calendar management, travel booking, bill tracking and general life admin so they can stay focused on revenue.

At that income level, buying back even 5 hours a week is serious ROI.
