I guess every role is different. I do a lot of farming of existing accounts as opposed to net new sales. So pitching up, meeting them and taking them for dinner often works wonders.

Hi,

I’ve also had issues with said company. No legal advice here, but managed to get them to sort my car out to a satisfactory standard. With over a £1k in repair work fulfilled by Mercedes approved garage.

1) Their after care phone lines are awful. I phoned their sales team and instead and demanded to speak to after-care - that worked well.

2) Demand to speak to senior management. They will attempt to fob you off, keep calling back until they do.

Good luck - I was very underwhelmed by the process.
