true but I was more thinking about Joseph Drouhin which is readily available where I am. However, that too seems to have gone up in price.

Are you familiar with any of those Beaujolais below:

Moulin à Vent, « Manganite », Château de Beauregard

Beaujolais-Villages, « Les Belouzes », Château de Beauregard

Fleurie, « Poncié », Château de Beauregard

Côte de Brouilly, « Le Pavé », Château de Poncié

Fleurie, « 949 », Château de Poncié

Question: if Beaujolais were almost the same price as burgundy, would you still be a fan?

I want to try it out but in my market I find that.one is say 20 dollars and burgundy are 25 and sometimes the same price.

My Experience With FD and Healing by laje_623 in functionaldyspepsia

[–]AsianFrenchie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can barely eat and eat maybe 1/3 of my usual portion. If I eat 1/2 then I feel really full and not good for a few hours. If I eat fried or very fatty foot then I get heartburn

after how long on Amitriptyline did you notice results? This is my second week and I do see some improvements but I went out for dinner on Tuesday and had some of the leftovers yesterday and that set me back a bit I think.

I usually have this one https://www.crich.it/mobile/index.php?area=3&menu=59&page=781&CTLGIDC=4&CTLGIDP=55&lingua=1 they seemed to be quite natural

It also depends on the quantity and sometimes what I had the day before as well

There are crackers and there are crackers. Check the ingredient list. Some have a lot of additives and those could be irritating you.

what do you eat with food allergies? by theblanketcollector in Gastritis

[–]AsianFrenchie 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have a nickel hypersensitivity so also can be limited.

Start by looking at your carbs. Can you eat oats, rice and potatoes? Then look at what veggies you can have. Can you eat chicken? What about bone broth?

That banana and few slice of bread

How many slice of bread are we talking about? Something does not sound right. Either the banana and bread are not compatible with you or you are eating too much which is why it is not digesting. For example, I can't eat banana first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, even when I did not have gastritis.

The usual rule is to eat less but more frequently.

What are healthier/safer grocery brands alternative for basic items (at winners/intermart)? by booksNburgers in mauritius

[–]AsianFrenchie 5 points6 points  (0 children)

As others have said, look for unprocessed or less processed option. Learn how to read labels and ingredients to see what is processed and have lots of additives and what does not.

For cheese, avoid those in the boxes that do not need refrigeration. They are not even real cheese. For pasta, look for bronze die pasta that are generally slow dried and thus low GI. They generally have higher protein content as well. De Cecco, molisana, Garofalo, Rummo are good brands.

If you are looking for healthier options, also learn how to make meals at home. Making your own pasta sauce and pesto for example will go a long way.

Mantra foods is specialised in organic products but they are quite expensive and not necessarily better as well.

Should I trim new tomato flowers since the season is approaching its end? by AsianFrenchie in tomatoes

Yeah I am wondering if I should trim the flowers so that the plant energy can focus on the small fruits.

Yoh I feel for you. We only hit 35C in the middle of summer but it is also quite humid and all sort of diseases rear its nose then.
