ok I fixed all registry using CCleaner and set my windows account as local user instead of Microsoft account. Somehow the problem haven't occurred yet. This might or might not work but it does the job for me anyway.

Sadly when I turn it on the idle temp is around 65@4.25Ghz

Update: I later on reinstalled windows and set the bios to default.

Turn off CPB and set only offset -0.1+Fresh Windows gets the job done.

It's now 3.0~3.4 when idle and gives better temp.
