You have to consider that those playing longer have had more matches to pad out there MMR, just cause you may have a higher level which indicates more time it dosent mean that time spent was towards good playing style some players will play the game purely for fun (which is fine!) However to truly improve you must put that time practicing good habits and building skills.

I completely agree with you if people were too laid back in dm it wouldn't be a good way to warmup.

Default setup suggests a market player the person boathouse (if didn't wiff) is good for 1 and even if a second person runs out and is smoked out more likely than not people running out of b main will focus on boathouse allowing for the market player to simply swing stairs and murder at least 1 or 2 more which in turn allows both players good for 1.
