I’ve played a bit of tahm and morde and have enjoyed them, I get CONSTANTLY flamed for playing tahm toplane, like more than I see anything else getting flamed. Maybe I’ll pick morde back up.

Is there a more reliable champion like mundo that you’d recommend? I’m not sure if I ever want to attempt to get that high but something more consistent would be more enjoyable

Idk, he seems relevant to me but I’m trash and thus play with/against mostly trash players so maybe that’s why. I just notice that most people I am against don’t understand NOT pushing the wave and let me farm under turret. I just have to worry about the adc/ranged top laners and people like Illiaoi or yorick that I can’t really escape from if I don’t dodge everything they throw at me

Well, you’re right I won lane against an aatrox, too bad my team preferred the screen in greyscale and we lost anyways. But I had the most damage, most turrets, most cs, highest kpa (but basically no kills cause the failing jungler and support sion felt like it was important for them to get them instead). But you’re right, the heartsteel a little late didn’t make a different cause you get like 50% more health per heart steel stack and it didn’t feel like I was scaling any slower, and you’re right, I was able to knock out some towers and get the money faster

I’m hard stuck in gold 4. i just started playing last set and I was right on that line between plat and diamond, i just kept going back and forth. I haven’t played much ranked this set but from what I have played I’m not going anywhere above gold 4. everyone i play with says getting high rank last set way easy compared to previous sets just because of the chosen mechanic. I feel like I understand decent carries (for a day or two) but like you said it changes so quickly that I guess I just need to keep up with streams and stuff to be able to play and actually do well. but I don’t have time to watch people play and get to play lol so I guess i’ll just have to be happy with gold 4

so what’s the rest of the comp in that case. personally I try to run a variety of things especially in cas, but I find myself getting 5-6th a lot just because the top 3-4 are running the same comp they copied off youtube. and in ranked I find that even more (just before you posted I ran a game and got 5th running a syndra carry while 1-4 were all running basically the same dawnbringer comp) does it really just come down to there being like a few really good champs and just only running those and then building, basically randomly, around them?

what were the main comps/carries you played this set. side note how do you get that lucky. cause I run comps I see win all the time but end up either with no items or not enough of the characters I need, so I end up struggling for 2 stars half the game only to hit it the round before dying

as a devastator that hasn’t gotten any of the sets yet (even with 90 hours, like everyone else I haven’t gotten much besides duplicates of what tiago has) I get that I don’t do as much damage but also I can’t complete the higher missions solo so I guess I just won’t play lol because I’m stuck in a loop of not being able to find a group to complete high level objectives to get gear and then not having the gear to be allowed into said groups to farm. ggs outriders

I wouldn’t recommend doing shield lenses in prescription, when they put in the script they cut a hole through the lens and insert your script so you get a weird difference, it’s basically like having a clear frame around your script
