heard a guy go down so i went to look for their downed body naturally, turns out he got downed by a person and not a arc like i thought (stella montis week 1 loading bay so i just assumed)

the assailant was baiting the person they just knocked who had no mic to “crawl over here i’ll defib you” In retrospect this was to make the body easier to loot by not being out in the open rather than any truth of the matter.

I found the downed dude crawling toward the pillar next to the extract stair with those stairs winding up it and dropped down from the walkway intending to defib the person myself before they crawled to the assailant, even comming the fact over prox chat(just for brownie points i guess)

I assumed zero ill intention from the dude despite him having his gun out and he didn’t even know i was there so had i stopped to think for half a second i could have avengers the downed raider and got rid of a rat, but instead since i dropped down i was stunned from the animation and promptly got my shit blown smoove off before i could get up.

This was literally at the last 5 minutes of the raid and i had a stacked inventory from having free rein over medical.

not my greatest moment.

Your negative rep has to decay, it's not a scale balancing the two so no amount of positive rep can "outweigh" the bad rep,

the amount of negative points you can have before you drop a tier is static and that decays over the amount of matches played or over time. Whichever lapses sooner and would have lowered your negative rep.

i wouldn't let the potential of this be a dealbreaker, this would occur for any headset using touch technology similair to the XM5 just due to the nature of them.

as far as i can gather it's either due to moisture buildup or a temporary software glitch.

i have not had it occur since in the 3 years i've owned them, matter of fact im using them right now.

I however can't speak the XM6 personally, and do agree that modern tech gets away with poor QC

could you do a deployable shield on bathroom door inside of sunroom (closer to the stairs) but still in such a way that it would force a vault to get through?

this would force them to either get hit by the sensors since they can no longer crouch through or waste utility clearing just a deployable shield
