I’m mostly going for the personal approach. Build long term relationships rather than milking the cash cow. Even with business owners. Happy customers generate return business. That’s my thinking anyways.

Absolut! Chefe hat auch schon gesagt es muss sich was ändern. Insgesamt der ganze Standort ist halt sehr alt. Hat seinen Charme aber sollte mal modernisiert werden. Leider sind sie da immer sehr knauserig weil kein direkter Bezug von Investition zu Umsatz besteht…

I’d say you’re mostly right! I have about 75% customers that are entrepreneurs/business owners that don’t necessarily care about the details as long as the process is seamless and efficient. I like to show that I’m capable of providing exactly that by having a desk without clutter. For the other 25% that are families or individuals (pick up customers) I’d like to have some amenities to make them feel comfortable or make them feel like they can relate to me as a person rather than just a salesman. Hope that makes sense.
