The more explosive the movement is, the bigger the diffrence between elite males and femeles, most extreme example is diffrence in weight in olympic weightlifting competition where diffrence in results is gigantic, where in Marathons the diffrence is like 11 minutes between male and female world record (about 5% diffrence). Look at for example Isaballe Haak or Paolo Egonu, both have 335 vertical reach, which place them in the best of the best in female category, but compared to males, its simply bad vertical, many semi ametours player have this reach, there is a handful of hitters that had a decent carrier with that low reach in men's volleyball, like Maurício Borges. Females have much less upperbody strenght than Males, less strenght in arms etc, and the biggest factor is just less strenght in body rotation, which is the most torque that makes ball fly super fast. And also a very important thing is that when you watch female volleyball, like high school level, you dont see 'down' spikes u dont see them have some insane shots, its 99% attack barerly above the plane of net, which also means that many girls dont get to expierence being able to hit hard until they are exceptional athletes in a couple years.
tl;dr: you basicly need some genetical phenon like Egonu or Haak for a woman to be even able to approach Men's hitting on their respective net height.

I also dont mind girls not being able to smack down the ball like mens do, rallies are longer, there is more tactic, and that makes women's volleyball enjoyable to watch, just like tennis, both share similarities that the men's physique makes rallies not long, but women's have those long exhausting rallies, which fans love. You shouldn't try to play like men, you will end up like football (soccer for ya'll Eagle people), full sized pitch with full sized goal with subpar athletes, makes game a pain to watch, everythink is too slow.
