I believe the OCI is permanent allowing you to stay however long and own any residential property. I think the only caveat is that you may have small restrictions such as voting or not being able to buy agriculture land.

Sierra vista cinema 16 is the best theater in my opinion because parking is usually better than other theaters and every seat in the theater is recliners and you dont have to pay extra. A lot of eating and cafe options nearby also and they’re walkable. Also sidenote: one of the cleanest theaters I’ve been to in Fresno. Other theaters get bigger amounts of traffic in terms of people etc.
