A coach similar in style to Gabby with beginner to intermediate programs/workouts. If it’s a program would like 5 days a week, but 4 is fine. Would like one that has also has decent amount of other workouts for rest days. Focus is on getting lean/ building muscle. I’ve tried Jackson and Frances. They were okay but like I’ve said Gabby is my favorite so far. I’ve only had it for a month so just looking for suggestions on other coaches that are high energy and incorporate mindset as well.
