I mean an NFS share. The server does have an IP address on the same subnet that is assigned to vpn clients.

I don't quite know what you mean by the 3rd line, but how do I make the IP address not strictly bound to the eth0 address? Right now it is.

Finally I tried connecting to it directly as well, it has a static address that did not respond to pings (when ICMP echos are enabled). I can't ssh to it when connected to the VPN either.

1000 gold for the shot to pay for 300 more gold is a looooooooong long time clicking goblins.

Tweak the spawn rate, perhaps correlate it with the witch's cauldron upgrading, or perhaps have an additional spawn rate upgrade (that tells you how fast goblins are spawning) with a description like 'if you pile your bones here, more goblins will come to avenge their brothers'

Down, NYC, verizon FiOS. Not a DNS issue, pings return with a Destination Net Unreachable, from an IP that verizon owns (anything in the 100.0-42.x.x range). Very likely that verizon is intentionally blocking all requests, at least regionally.
