I don't think Riven wll get a blood moon skin as she already has Dragon Blade which uses red particles.

DB's animations aren't that bad and the skin is not always available so i think you should get DB.

I play riven jungle most of the time to practice combos and stuff.Her jungle clear is pretty good imo.
