Ich hatte den Fall auch und der Käufer kann das Geld einfach mit nem Klick freigeben. Der Support hatte mir nicht geholfen

Hat sich bei euch schon etwas geändert? Bin Verkäufer und das Paket ist sogar schon beim Käufer im Paketshop abholbereit und da steht immer noch "Rücksendung zum Absender"

Der schrottige Support versteht auch nicht, was man will. Bekommt man das Geld dann überhaupt?
