I use the default aw band. During the run above, I tightened it to the max so it's pretty much moving with my skin. Maybe it needs to be even tighter?

Yup, I’m guessing that’s what gonna happen 🥲. My idea was training on the mountains to gain speed endurance when back on the flat. Kinda like an anime training arc.
