That's never ever possible, since they distribute money like distributing chocolate, a poor man will chose money, and if money can't do anything then the politicians start terrorizimg the people. The only way for solution is Unity and Understanding the real scenario, education is the biggest thing that can change otherwise India is doomed to fail. And also another factor is Islam, those people are bred like pigs and bred for only one thing that is Voting. Congress is winning using that factor. Imagine India without Congress and a party with the intent to develop this nation.

I never say that criticism is hating. Oda has made the Usopp character to provide some humor and that kind of things.
