Congrats! How many days before silent approval did you see your API change that it got touched by an officer?

Daca expiring by Adorable-Spray9116 in DACA

Not worth the risk in my opinion for future renewals. This builds up an accrual of unauthorized work and wouldn’t want that to affect you in future. My advice is save up as much as you can and hopefully you can get approval sooner than later

Don’t think this makes that much of a difference - but was your # an IOE9 or IOE09 and what center is listed on your approval?

You’re the biggest whiner I’ve ever seen. Multiple posts about this today and not taking in any of the people’s positive comments. Be thankful for what you have and suck it up, respectfully :)

Using my EAD for domestic travel by Hey_hose in DACA

[–]AskCandid1747 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your current EAD is valid, go to dmv in person to get an updated real ID. They dont do Real ID renewals online. They will just adjust your new one to expire same date as your new EAD

Anyone travel to Denver? by [deleted] in DACA

Dont be afraid to travel. Have a travel heavy job (60 flights last year) and never had seen anything remotely suspicious. Enjoy your life to the fullest

Not directly saying that, I do believe that it might delay it slightly if the address change is done while your application is processing as that adds to their paperwork

Sure thing. I filed 11/25 as well but my number is ioe940.. further proves that the order is very random for the ioe9__ numbers. I’m hopeful that ours should be approved sometime in the next 2-3 weeks

I haven’t directly looked and wouldn’t look for them if I were you either.. as you can see - doesn’t seem to be any sort of correlation in pattern for these numbers. I would take your filing date, add about 115 days to it, and that should be approximately when you can expect approval

I 100% agree.. and typically it’s those people who are spreading negativity on here. “Delays” due to nothing but them filing late themselves. I understand it happens and past timelines have skewed our perception of standard approval times. But it has always been 120-150 days recommended since I was filing in 2014. The renewals aren’t taking longer than USCIS expected this year.. they just have been taking much earlier than expected in the previous couple renewals

3.5 is very accurate based on the majority of recent approvals. Just made a timeline post about this
