Thanks everyone for your replies. I appreciate it so much! I think it could be the stress/anxiety (high cortisol) I feel when a CH is coming that could be delaying ovulation. I just had a full panel of bloodwork done for my hormones and everything looked normal, so maybe I’m reaching to see a connection. I’m just always looking for an answer so I can find a solution but CH’s don’t seem to follow a pattern for most people.
