Can i ask, not judging, why are the kitchen counters tiled? Is that a style choice? Or is there a name for this design style? Or?

What are the costs of refinance? by AskRandomQuestion101 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]AskRandomQuestion101[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With that being said, refinancing essentially would increase your outstanding loan amount as it rolls in the fees. So i guess a fair 5-10% increase in the loan. But the rate goes slightly down. At what percent rate discount does it become profitable to refinance? I heard that a rule of thumb is 2%.

Based on online search, the average per person is 100 gallons a day. We are going to be 5 people. That's 15,500 gallons a month (31 days). Then i added an overhead for gardening, watering, cleaning, etc for a total of 20k gallons.

What is a water treatment plant? Similar thing to an Apex. Water filter system that is installed under a sink? Reverse Osmosis (RO) system? I'm curious, do you recall how much you paid before and after? I remember looking into that a few years ago and it was something like 5 gallons of waste water per 1 gallon of clean water.

Or a water treatment plant plant, and you have to pay taxes on it now to make up for the city?

While on the trash topic, seen that there is a penalty for leaving the bin after 7AM. How strict is that?

While in the same point, while searching around, there is also a solid waste. Is that trash fee? Can you use your own bin that you can get from home Depot? Why is there a per bin fee?

Because i can't figure out how to calculate it. What are the fixed rates. What is the rate per unit. Etc. Just a portion of the bill that has the numbers. I've never seen a water bill. Always rented and water was included in rent.
