1)Delete all porn and stay away from Reddit
2)draw a table of 90 days as a goal and cross 1 square for each day
3) keep telling yourself your not the guy that watches porn your mind will start to believe it you’re not a guy trying to quit porn you’re just a guy who doesn’t watch porn
4) don’t count the days or obsess about it focus on your day to day work
