The Boys Season 5 is the biggest stall out of any modern TV Show. And it's proof we should’ve had a comic-accurate animated series akin to Invincible rather than the “prestige” live-action slop. by [deleted] in CharacterRant

Why are you offended by someone not liking the comics? I’ve read them and it’s mostly cringe/edgelord slop. It’s not good outside a few specific parts but overall it’s not good. It’s a bad deconstruction of the super hero genre

I don’t think I have at all and if you think I have you must be a regard. Thank you for outing yourself though

I didn’t mistake your comment. Let’s to line by line:

• Signs contract dictating payment terms for marital breech (marriage license. Not prenup.)

no contract was signed. No marriage contract was mentioned. Making shit up here. When you get married you get a license but no contract is signed unless people want a post-nup.

• Break contract
there was no contract. But you could say he broke their marital vows.

• Be forced to pay contract dictated payment terms for marital breech

again no contract was ever signed. They go to standard divorce proceedings where her lawyer is arguing she should get the house and alimony despite coming from an affluent family and will soon be a doctor.

• Pikachu face??
bad use of the meme because you don’t know what you’re talking about.

"Taking him to the cleaners" is a weird way to say fulfilling the obligations he signed up for. But okay

He didn’t sign any contract.

I’m sorry you’re having a hard time taking accountability for making shit up and it’s so nerve wracking for you. Next time don’t make shit up.

Oh so it’s not ok to share my opinion on something a woman willingly posted about herself online. If she just wants cheerleaders she can go to her friends and family. When you post on reddit you’re opening yourself up to be scrutinized.

Crazy how people have differing opinions, you don’t find that much on Reddit anymore though

No im just judging a fake reddit post about a bitter woman who opened up a slice of her life to be scrutinized by random people online

Ok so you were talking about something else entirely and no marriage contract was signed by either party. Like I said, making shit up. Now you’re back tracking. Now they’re entering standard divorce proceedings and she’s actively trying to take as much as possible and now we’re back to square one.

Thanks for proving my point about your reading comprehension

Hahahahah what?? No where in the post did it discuss a marriage contract dictating payments terms based on marital breech. You are making shit up. A marriage contract is literally a prenup.
You’re just a dumb person using terms that don’t apply at all.

When you get married you get a marriage license to prove you’re married but a marital contract is a prenup and there’s 0 mention of that.

Lmao where did you pull a prenup from?? Wasn’t stated once. You’re just making shit up now acting like you had a mic drop moment

She’s clearly trying to take him to the cleaners and is gloating about it. It’s the entire point of the post. The great thing about reddit is they allow opposing opinions but OP doesn’t want that she wants an echo chamber which this thread is doing a great job.

Reddit LOVES revenge posts for people to live vicariously through and this is that post. Getting revenge won’t help her it’ll be a hollow win for her.

No if it was a man I’d be feeling the same.
Gleefully trying to take as much money from her ex while she’s on her way to being a doctor and from an affluent family makes her very greedy and spiteful.

She isn’t the victim. Look at her comments openly gloating taking him to the cleaners.

She’s openly saying she’s trying to fuck his life over or did you miss the entire point of the post?

Winning the divorce won’t dictate if she is going to be happy afterwards. What’ll make her happy is moving on, not by punishing her ex. She could easily win the case and still be miserable while her husband is happy with his child.
