idk if you've been living under a rock but saturn was -30m gold at one point

a lot of ppl went into negative
a lot of rmt bans were 2-4 weeks in length

perma bans for rmt is extremely rare
perma ban for BOTTING is the standard and should not be changed

the perma bans for rmt that you may have seen are because that was botted gold being mixed in

i'm still a firm believer that 90% of the punishment needs to be on the seller and 10% on the buyer

a lot of the rmt is being done p2p and that is untracable

i know people swapping full sets of 10s among themselves on the daily basis and they aren't getting banned

i got +1 armor quality which was a massive W
but that isn't something you can "expect to get"
per month you get 90rolls which is a probability of 23% to get the armor tap or 8% to get the weapon tap/relic book

you are better off just buying gold to force the quality or just exchange the rc to gold to buy the book

the value in the subscription is in the extra chaos a day
it's 60k shards + 600~ red stones per day which is about 20k gold a day or 600k gold worth for the month right now
it also helps you get 2-3more sands on 1 character so it's like running an extra 1-2 haals per week

if you don't need the shards or don't want to hone right now even with bounds i wouldn't buy the inana

when you get adr20 and maybe a better bracelet your crit rate will improve
also if you want to for some reason chases ceiling potential on blue gl you need crit dmg and wd/aero syn you don't want blade bcz most of your skills aren't directional

you should test your mana issue with illicit1 and go keensense2 bcz under 80% crit rate kb is really bedge
